The Marietta location of Baked, a comfort food restaurant that opened four years ago at 1111 Johnson Ferry Road, has closed for business.
A message posted on the restaurant's Facebook page addressed the closure:
To our wonderful friends in East Cobb:
As our lease ends, we have decided to give way to a new tenant at 1111 Johnson Ferry Rd. Our East Cobb location will close after dinner service on Friday March 25th. Until that time, we will be open for dine-in and carry-out only from 11-8. After the 25th, we will happily honor all gift cards and guest vouchers at our Atlanta location.
It has been a true pleasure to serve the East Cobb community for the past 4 years, and we invite you to visit us at our Old 4th Ward location.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for dining with us, believing in us, and for helping Baked grow. We will never forget who brought us to the dance.
An Old Fourth Ward location of the restaurant that opened earlier this year at the bottom of the Tribute Lofts at 480 John Wesley Dobbs Ave NE will remain open. The restaurant serves up salads, sandwiches and entrees for lunch, dinner and take-out.
