If you haven't been to one of Atlanta's yet -- well, where have you been? Pop-ups -- where in chefs take over a restaurant or other space for a temporary period of time -- have cropped up all over the city of late. One of the most recent, pasta pop-up Teppista, run by Rudy Keefer of KR Steakbar, took over the kitchen at Gaja in East Atlanta and hopes to return for more. Here, three more pop-ups that you need to try:

Ramen Freak: Mihoko Obunai has big plans for her ramen restaurant NEXTO , set to open next month in Old Fourth Ward. In the meantime, check out previews of NEXTO dishes at a pop-up April 11 at Parish in Inman Park. Read more here.

Ramen Crush: Need even more ramen in your life? Andy Tran's ramen pop-up is ending its run at Last Word in Old Fourth Ward this month, and will then take up residence at 8Arm off the Beltline. Read more here.

Upper Room: One more option for ramen and other Asian plates comes Sunday nights in the form of this pop-up held by Andrew Bantug at Tomo in Buckhead.  Read more here.

Herbivore: Get your veggie on at this pop-up held every other Sunday at the Buckhead location of Cafe Sunflower. Jeremy Miller, formerly the chef at the now-shuttered American Food & Beverage, cooks up an la carte menu of 12 to 15 small plates and three to four desserts. Read more here.
