8 things you must know about Atlanta United’s first season

Atlanta made the playoffs in its inaugural MLS season -- the first team since Seattle in 2009.

The team will host Columbus on Thursday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in the first round of the MLS playoffs. The game will be televised by ESPN2.
