Falcons tight end Jacob Tamme, who suffered a shoulder injury against the Packers, likely will not play against the Eagles on Sunday.

“I haven’t ruled him out all the way, but he’s likely out,” Falcons coach Dan Quinn said. “We’ll keep working him day-to-day, but he’s likely out.”

Tamme has 22 catches for 210 yards and three touchdowns. He was replaced in the starting lineup by Levine Toilolo against Tampa Bay on Nov. 3.

“I’m just trying to stay ready and play my role,” Toilolo said. “When I get opportunities, I have to make the most of them.”

Toilolo has seven catches for 127 yards and two touchdowns.
