FLOWERY BRANCH — Falcons coach Dan Quinn has members of the Navy Sea Air and Land team (SEALs) to speak to the team and put them through three-days of training last week during the offseason program..

Cornerback Robert Alford was impressed.

“Just to push through the rough times,” Alford said was the main message. “In every game you’re going to have some downs and you have to come together as a group and decide that you want to push yourself up out of it. You’ve got look to push the next person.”

The local media wasn't allowed to those offseason workouts, but the team's website was allowed in and shot a some highlights of the workout. Click here for that video.

The SEALs are the Navy’s special operations force.
