Dual-threat quarterback Michael Barrett of Lowndes High received an offer from Georgia Tech on Wednesday, according to a post on Twitter by Barrett.

Barrett, a 5-foot-11, 208 pound junior from Valdosta announced his offer from Tech on Wednesday on Twitter writing, “Blessed to receive an offer from (Georgia Tech).”

The junior also has an offer from Georgia Southern, according to his Twitter page. Lowndes reached the Class AAAAAA state quarterfinals this season and finished 10-3.
