Senior shooting guard Curtis Haywood II received an offer from Georgia Tech on Sunday, according to Brewster Academy basketball coach Jason Smith.

Haywood, a 6-foot-4, 187 pound senior at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, NH, has offers from Illinois State, Mercer, Western Kentucky, Fresno State, Houston, Texas Tech and Tulsa, according to 247 Sports.

Haywood is also being recruited by Texas, according to 247 Sports.

Haywood attended Mustang High School in Mustang, Okla. as a junior, but announced he would officially join Brewster Academy in August in a Twitter post writing, "I'm proud to say I'm officially a part of the BA Family."

Smith announced on Twitter on Nov. 7 that Haywood and teammate Makai Ashton-Langford would be captains for the Bobcats' 2016-2017 season.

The Brewster Bobcats’ season will begin on Dec. 2 against Kent Hill School. The Bobcats were National Prep Champions in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2015.
