What to know: Owens originally committed to Central Florida, but flipped his commitment one week after an official visit to Georgia Tech during the weekend of Jan. 14. Owens said he was set on UCF before his visit before visiting Tech along with six commits of Tech's 2017 signing class. Owens was one of two commits flipped Jan. 23, along with kicker Brenton King.

Note: Owens did not respond to requests for comment.
