Braves Hall of Famer David Justice will turn 50 on April 14. Here are five things you should know about the former outfielder.

Justice hammered the shot heard 'round the world - the solo homer in the Braves' 1-0 victory over the Cleveland Indians in Game 6 of the 1995 World Series.

Justice was named NL Rookie of the Year in 1990 and was a key member of the worst-to-first World Series team of 1991.

Justice was a member of the Braves from 1989-96, making a pair of All-Star Game apperances in 1993 and 94.

Justice was traded to the Indians in the spring of 1997 and eventually ended his big-league career in 2002.

The 1995 World Series hero was inducted into the Braves Hall of Fame in 2007.
