Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United owner Arthur Blank appeared on Fox Business Network on Wednesday to discuss the security precautions Mercedes-Benz Stadium will take after the terror attack in Manchester, England.

Blank called Monday’s attack at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester a tragedy and said he has worked with security departments across the country and Homeland Security to ensure Mercedes-Benz Stadium has the best security possible.

“These are events that you have to keep current on,” Blank said. “You’ve got to make sure that you understand all the dangers and how they’re changing and make sure that in addition to everything else we’re doing for our fans, we’ve got to make sure first and foremost they’re in a safe environment. So whatever it takes to give that certainty to our fans is critical and we'll certainly do.”

Mercedes-Benz Stadium will host the College Football Playoff title game Jan. 8, the 2019 Super Bowl and the 2020 Final Four.
