These two Georgia companies are among the best for women

While there are a ton of great businesses to work for in Georgia, which are the best for women?

It's OmegaFi, a financial institution in Columbus, and Insight Global, an employment agency in Atlanta, according to Comparably's best companies for women round-up.

The culture and career monitoring site determined its results by rounding up sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during the 2017 eligibility period.

The results, which were not ranked, reflect women's answers to questions about compensation, being challenged at work, getting valuable feedback, having a mentor at work and whether or not their companies are invested in their career growth, among others.

Qualities the survey found were important to women included work-life balance and for their companies to be transparent and to demonstrate integrity.

Insight Global earned a spot on the best 50 large companies for women round-up, while OmegaFi made the list for best 25 small/mid-size companies for women.
