Now casting: Netflix series seeking extras

‘The Haunting of Hill House’

Netflix is creating a modern re-imagining of the classic 1959 horror novel by Shirley Jackson. Carla Gugino (“Wayward Pines,” “Spy Kids”) and Michiel Huisman (“Game of Thrones,” “Orphan Black”) star in the 10-episode series.

What are they looking for?

The following roles are being cast:

Sexy types for a club scene – men and women age 18 and up, all ethnicities. You should be a fresh face to the series and in good shape. Some people cast for the scene will be dancing. (Subject line: "SEXY CLUB")

Young Caucasian boy photo double – with blonde hair, 4' tall, 55 pounds, size 6 to 7 or 6 tall and shoe size 1 (Subject line: "YOUNG LUKE")

Young Caucasian girl photo double – with brown hair, 3'5" tall, 45 pounds, size 5, shoe size 11.5 to 12 (Subject line: "YOUNG NELL")

When are they filming?

Filming will take place in or near Atlanta, and the club scene films on Oct. 23. Dates for the photo doubles are to be determined, but they could work multiple days over the next month or two.

How much does it pay?

Pay for the club scene is $68 for eight hours, and photo doubles will make $150 for 10 hours.

How do I submit?

Send an e-mail to ExtrasCastingTM@gmail.com with the subject line of the role you're submitting for. Include three current photos of yourself (one facing forward, one medium length and one full length) that are well lit, in focus and preferably with a plain background.

Include your legal name, phone number, email address, actual age, height, weight, sizes (top, pants and shoe) and current city and state. State whether you have any tattoos, and if so, note their location and description. You can also submit information about your car, including its color, year, make, model and a photo.
