A Jack Daniel’s truck overturned in Atlanta early Tuesday, and the driver was charged in connection with the single-vehicle crash, the Georgia State Patrol said.

The accident temporarily blocked part of the ramp from I-75 South to I-85 North and impacted the morning commute through Midtown.

While the truck was turned upright and lanes were back open, heavy delays were reported from Mount Paran Road, according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center.

The driver, who complained of a minor injury, was charged with driving too fast for conditions, the GSP said.

Officials have not released the driver’s name or said how much Jack Daniel’s was lost.
