House Republicans are moving at breakneck speed to approve their tax overhaul bill this week, with a final vote expected to come Thursday. We asked our Georgia panel what they made of one of the signature proposals in the House bill: immediately slashing the corporate tax rate to 20 percent from the high 30s.
