All 10 of these homes, ranging in price from $1.7 millon to more than $4.7 million, are within the North Gwinnett cluster, which encompasses Gwinnett's top middle school, based on a newly-released academic ranking.
Tuesday, the state's College and Career Ready Performance Index rates were released, assessing Georgia's schools on standardized test scores and closing the achievement gap for at-risk groups.
North Gwinnett Middle School received the best middle school score of 93.2. Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science and Technology had the best score of any Gwinnett or Georgia public school with a 108.4.
