Colonial Pipeline has had seven reported fuel spills at its Cobb County tanker farm in Austell since 2010, according to reports the company has filed with federal regulators.

The Cobb County facility is a major hub where fuel comes in, and then is shipped to points north and south.

As the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported this month, Alpharetta-based Colonial Pipeline has had 128 reported incidents during the past six years — sixth-most among the 208 companies reporting spills to regulators. A total of 4,034 gallons of fuel were spilled in the incidents, all of which were contained on the company's property.

The largest leak, 2,771 gallons, happened in November 2015. Read more about Colonial's environmental record here.
