Woodward Academy North's Odd-a-bot Division 2 Odyssey of the Mind team recently won the state championship for their division at the state tournament at Columbus State University. All of Woodward's teams competed in three categories: long-term, style, and spontaneous. The Odd-a-bot team swept all three categories, earning a perfect score of 350 points. With this win, the team has qualified to compete at the 38th Odyssey of the Mind World Finals at Michigan State University at the end of May. There they will compete against more than 825 teams from around the world. Team members include Alyssa Khahil, Mischa Patel, and Sachin Patel, Rajveer Singh, Namit Miglani, Anderson Park, and Ryan Seeb. Odyssey of the Mind emphasizes creativity and teamwork and has grown into the largest creative problem-solving competition worldwide.
