That’s due in part to Georgia’s “move on when ready” policy that allows high school students to attend college full-time during their junior and senior years, University System of Georgia Chancellor Hank Huckaby said earlier this month.

Statewide, 20 university system schools, including Georgia Tech and Kennesaw State University, saw enrollment rise this year.
