A man accused of stabbing a woman in a domestic violence incident was arrested in Massachusetts, according to the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office.

Ezekiel Montay Frazier was wanted on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in an April 6 stabbing incident.

According to authorities, Frazier was asked by the victim to leave her home due to domestic issues. He then took out a 3-inch knife, stabbed her in the stomach and left the home and later the state, authorities said.

He was tracked to Springfield, Mass., and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Frazier eventually turned himself into the Springfield Police Department, according to authorities. The Clayton Sheriff’s Office is working to extradite Frazier back to Georgia.
