Brookhaven man arrested on child porn charges
A 43-year-old Brookhaven man has been arrested on child porn charges.
Jason Douglas Kingry faces several charges, including sexual exploitation of children, according to Brookhaven police spokesman Officer Carlos Nino. Kingry was arrested on Oct. 15.
The arrest stems from an investigation involving Brookhaven police detectives and GBI agents who executed a search warrant in the 1200 block of Dresden Drive, where Kingry was arrested. During the search electronic devices were seized which contain suspected child pornography, Nino said.
Brookhaven police detectives are still processing evidence seized during the search warrant, Nino said.
Kingry was taken to the DeKalb County Jail. His bond has been set at $50,000.
