Ashley Derrick and Alison Grounds' 2,500-square- foot home was smaller when it was built in 1915. After renovations and additions in 2010 and 2016, during which they tried to maintain the integrity and architecture, the home now has two large bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, plus a pool house.
