Earlier in the evening, Colicchio, left, had treated fans to a dinner at Craft in Buckhead. He was in town to serve a wine dinner during the High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction.

Atlanta chef Richard Blais, right, was a runner-up during the fourth season of "Top Chef."

Colicchio and Blais sample the vegetable dumplings. It's an old tradition -- after chefs work big blowout dinners, they like nothing better than to eat and drink until late into the evening.
