Alexa takes a tour of Many Fold Farm.

The sheep are grouped into half-acre paddocks that are surrounded by an electric fence.

200 sheep roam the grounds of Many Fold Farm.

The "Rico Tasting Room" is open for the public to buy or taste cheeses and other Many Fold Farm products.

Many Fold Farm is located just a few miles from Serenbe in Palmetto, Georgia.

In addition to sheep, the farm has chickens, hogs and dogs.

This is where the milking takes place.

Twenty-four ewes are milked at a time, twice a day at 6 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The cheese-making room is carefully controlled so that the cheese does not become contaminated.

A barrel of cleaning solution- Pronto- is used to keep the cheese-making room and aging caves clean.

The pasture rotation that Many Fold Farm uses helps the grass to regenerate so the sheep always have fresh grass.
