This $1.5 million custom-built house offers “panoramic views of the sparkling Chattahochee from every room on the main level.” That impressive feat is equaled by its large outdoor areas, including a stone patio.

Okay, it's not really equaled. Nothing beats that view.

The house has four beds, five baths and more than 6,000 square feet. It sits in sought-after Riverview in the disticts for Simpson Elemetary School, Pinckneyville Middle School and Norcross High School, according to its listing on Zillow.
