2. SEI-Atlanta LLC

This Cincinnati-based business and technology firm, which has 69 employees in Atlanta, was third last year and has been in the top three for three consecutive years. SEI offers generous benefits and employee ownership to encourage commitment to the company. Employees receive high-deductible health plans with a health savings account and family dental and vision plans. Both short- and long-term disabilities are fully funded by SEI, which also offers a 401(k), profit sharing and life insurance. SEI features a wellness program and is involved in the community through Toys for Tots and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

3. Terminus

Founded in 2014, this private account-based marketing company comes with all the startup perks for the 79 employees at its Buckhead headquarters. Free drinks, snacks and a beer fridge provide refreshment, and video games and a Ping-Pong table keep employees entertained. “Terminus Tuesday” fosters company spirit as employees are encouraged to wear company T-shirts, and hard work is incentivized through a “Terminators” of the Month award, where two employees are rewarded with a donation to a charity. Terminus employees volunteer with PowerMyLearning to refurbish laptops and technology for kids served by the national nonprofit. Full medical, dental, vision and disability coverage is offered, along with a 401(k) program, and vacation time and paid days off. Company outings include Braves and Hawks games.

4. Insight Sourcing Group

Headquartered in Norcross, this management consulting firm with 91 metro Atlanta employees was second in 2016 and won in 2015. Insight Sourcing Group, which was founded in 2002, takes employees and their families on a company retreat to The Ritz-Carlton at Lake Oconee every two years. Office expansion in 2016 resulted in a space with TVs, sofas, foosball and darts. Also, a miniature golf course winds through the office. A program that was started in 2015 rewards employees who have been with Insight Sourcing Group for 10 years with a paid one-month sabbatical. Volunteer programs include Everybody Wins! Atlanta, where employees read to students at an elementary school.

5. MemberClicks

MemberClicks’ 50 employees benefit from unlimited sick time, paid vacations, a free gym membership, company outings and free food. The Atlanta-based company, which offers association management software, features benefits that include paid vacation, a 401(k) plan and health, dental and vision insurance. It also teams with charities such as Habitat for Humanity and the Atlanta Community Food Bank. The company website states that “in addition to working incredibly hard at providing great software experiences, we simply have a lot of fun.”
