Are you on the job hunt? If so, you're probably looking to tweak and update that résumé before sending it out to potential employers.

According to a study from CareerBuilder.com, hiring managers typically spend about six seconds on their initial "fit/no fit" decision when looking at résumés.

So be sure to get rid of certain known "résumé-killers" when updating your documents.
