There are a number of companies across the metro Atlanta area seeking new employees of all skill levels. Whether you're in retail, healthcare or finance, there are opportunities that span several industries. Here's a brief snapshot of what's available this month:

Coca-Cola   

Working for one of the most popular soft drink company certainly gives you bragging rights, but it also gives you job security. The company has been around for over 125 years and shows no signs of slowing down. Coca-Cola has a history of promoting from within, as well as encouraging diversity, volunteerism and a family environment.

There are openings in the administrative, human resources, information technology, legal, engineering, logistics, manufacturing and maintenance departments.

Delta Air Lines

Delta is one of those jobs that offers competitive pay and benefits – which are awesome – but they go one step further and offer worldwide travel privileges for employees (as well as their spouse and children). They also offer adoption assistance programs for their employees beginning the first day of employment.

You don't have to be an aspiring flight attendant to work for Delta Air Lines. There are a variety of niche jobs available at the Atlanta company including manager and engineering positions.

Home Depot

The company's website boasts that working there is "more than a job," and it makes sure they take that motto seriously. Not only does the company encourage employees to spend time volunteering, it also encourages employees to strive to move up in the company, offering a myriad of training programs.

The Home Depot has jobs in a wide variety of categories, including finance, outside sales, merchandise planner, records supervisors and store associates and managers.

UPS

Commonly known as UPS, the company with their familiar brown trucks provides package delivery, transportation, logistics and financial services in 195 countries and territories. UPS offers excellent benefits for both full and part-time employees, training programs and favors promotions from within the company. They also participate in an Earn and Learn program, which assists employees with continuing education. Part-time and full-time driver positions are currently available.
