Mainstream media should dump support of dangerous socialism

Democrats are attacking President Donald Trump’s pick of Brett Kavanaugh as the newest member of the U.S. Supreme Court. Their expected knee-jerk reaction was predictable. With help from the mainstream media, Democrats have started an all-out attack in an attempt to destroy him for one simple reason: He believes in the Constitution – unlike three or four present members of the court who believe the Constitution is an obstacle to allowing them to legislate their liberal/socialist policies, even though the facts show socialism has killed more than 100 million people and is a vehicle to make the rich richer. Why then does the mainstream media seem to support those in our government who promote such an insidious way of life? Examples of socialism’s failures are right in front of us, but our mainstream media refuses to inform the American people of those failures. Why?

I suppose 3,000 documented lies, four bankruptcies, a $25 million fraud settlement, hypocritical embrace of religion, obvious bigotry and racism, debasement of the disabled and Gold Star families, draft dodging and sexual predation aren’t enough to convince David Perdue, Brian Kemp and Casey Cagle that Donald Trump is a horrible president. After that despicable display in Helsinki, and that the tax cuts went 84 percent to corporations, that tariffs increase every working man’s cost of living and drive Harley-Davidson to Thailand, one would think these guys would not defend our “president” but would rather run for the exit. Not so. They all three, even now, proudly claim to be a “strong supporter of Trump.” Is this because they care for Georgia’s citizens, or are they just trolling for votes?
