Tariffs not the answer to jobs
A tariff on products made by American companies that make their products out of country to avoid oppressive taxes and then bring them back into the country to sell them to Americans who are already making up the difference by paying the taxes those companies avoid? The price of those products, of course, would be higher to make up for those taxes costing the American public even more. Does that make sense? Is Trump really that stupid? Or is he in reality just being stupid like a fox, brandishing the stick before offering the carrot?
If excessive taxation is what drove those companies away, eliminating thousands of jobs here, then the obvious answer to bringing them back is eliminating those taxes. We’re not getting them anyway. The Fair Tax is the obvious carrot that would bring them, and those jobs, back, not to mention the other benefits of that system.

There’s no debate — big business deceives
Let’s stop the debate. It seems that every day we hear more about climate change; some say man-made while others argue the science is inconclusive. I see the great deception returning that Big Tobacco used to keep America addicted to their deadly product. Millions of dollars were spent on phony medical studies with doctors selling their souls to convince the American people that cigarettes were healthy for us. Today, the big business billionaires are spending billions to fund deceptive science to keep the debate alive and encourage deregulation.
Let’s end this debate, it is nothing more than misdirection from big business. Their intention is to put off any action and to deregulate dangerous industries while our children and elderly suffer from the health effects of air pollution. The increase in asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, pneumonia, and lung cancer is undeniable. The time for action is now, before we poison our citizens any more.
