Blue Bell is announcing a new flavor ahead of National Ice Cream Day on July 16.

The new flavor is Sweet n' Salty Crunch and will feature vanilla ice cream with chocolate-covered pretzel bites, chopped roasted almonds and milk chocolate chunks.

Blue Bell said in a news release that the flavor was inspired by "popular snack mixes that combine sweet and salty foods."

It arrives in stores this week.

The new flavor will be available for a limited time.
