090922- Powder Springs - Earl Knight uses a shovel as an oar as rows down the still flooded Oglesby Road in Powder Springs with Cornell Daniels.  Daniels home is flooded, and Knight is a friend from his church who was on hand to help him.   Some roads remained closed and flooded in Powder Springs.   The Five Oaks neighborhood remained inaccessible...
