What are the chances Jarett Cole reconsiders his commitment to Georgia Tech?

Less than likely, the 3-star safety from Norcross High School says.

“I love Georgia Tech,” said Cole, the state’s No. 59 overall prospect. “I’m all in on Georgia Tech. I love the coaching staff. I love the way they show me love, the way they treat me. It’s close to home. It’s still in the city, so my family can come and see me play in front of North Carolina, so, it’s real good.”

Cole says Georgia Tech is a fit for him both on and off the field. He says the Yellow Jackets will likely use him in a variety of roles, both in dime and nickel formations. Cole says he’ll flash as a roll-down safety and sometimes as a strong safety.

“Wherever I can fit in and get in, that’s where I’m going to go,” Cole said.

Cole, who’s reported 14 offers, says he’s been hearing from several other schools as of late, including West Virginia — his most recent offer — Auburn and UGA. The 5-foot-10, 180-pound safety says the Bulldogs are recruiting him as a corner.

But Cole, who announced his commitment in July, says he’s all in for the Yellow Jackets. Cole says his only official visit this fall will be to Georgia Tech.
