Robbie Bell, a 3-star offensive lineman from Mill Creek High School, has caught the attention of several schools as of late, including Florida, Notre Dame and Texas.

But the 6-foot-5, 285-pound guard, who committed to Louisville in April, doesn’t plan on wavering in his commitment.

“It would take a lot of coaches showing me love and all,” Bell said on the possibility of de-committing. “But I don’t see myself de-committing. Louisville is a great place.”

Bell, the No. 42 guard in the country, says he’s firm on his commitment to the Cardinals. He visited the campus last Saturday and tells the AJC that he only plans on taking an official visit to Louisville this fall.

“I’m just excited to get up there,” said Bell. “I can’t wait.”

Bell tells the AJC that he’ll likely compete for a starting position at guard as a true freshman. But he says the staff hasn’t ruled out the possibility of playing at tackle.
