Colorado Springs will be the New England Patriots’ temporary residence next week.
The Patriots will make Air Force their practice home following Sunday night’s game against the Denver Broncos, per Kyle Fredrickson The Denver Post.
Bill Belichick have made the wise decision to stay in Colorado as opposed to returning to New England in preparation for the team’s Week 11 game versus the Oakland Raiders in Mexico City.
The move allows the Patriots to train and get accustomed to playing in high altitude, a condition in which the team will face this week and next.
Air Force Academy is located 7,258 feet above sea level, just shy of Mexico City at 7,382, via The Denver Post.
