The Denver Broncos are reeling in a big way right now, and the potential for them to turn things around in a Week 13 matchup with the Miami Dolphins is seemingly getting tougher and tougher. On top of losing cornerback Aqib Talib to a one-game suspension, the Broncos are also dealing with their fair share of injuries also.
As Nicki Jhabvala of The Denver Post pointed out, guard Ron Leary (back), defensive end Derek Wolfe (neck) and nose tackle Domata Peko (knee) were all missing from the team’s practice on Friday.
Obviously, we’ll have to wait for an official designation on these players entering the weekend, but their statuses for the game seem to be very up in the air at this point. Regardless, there’s a very real chance that the Broncos could be without multiple players on both sides of the ball, but their defense specifically is looking like it’ll take a major hit.
We’ll keep you updated, but the arrow is pointing in the wrong direction for these three players as of this current moment.
