Falcons could face Georgia Tech kicker Harrison Butker twice a year

Former Georgia Tech and Westminster School kicker Harrison Butker is one of the newest Carolina Panthers.

Butker, the only Yellow Jacket drafted in the 2017 NFL Draft, was taken in the seventh round with the 233rd overall pick.

Butker was brought on behind Panthers’ kicker Graham Gano, an eight-year veteran of the NFL. Gano struggled with field-goal consistency last season, making 30-of-38 field goal attempted in 2016.
