Wisconsin football recruiting: Latest updates on Badgers’ 2018 class

Wisconsin football is recruiting on its usual level so far in the Class of 2018. That’s to say, the Badgers are in the middle of the pack, and it probably doesn’t matter.

After unearthing gems like freshman RB Jonathan Taylor and sophomore QB Alex Hornibrook, the Badgers are doing their thing: Nabbing some beefy midwestern linemen and surrounding them with underrecruited skill players.

Wisconsin’s 2018 recruiting class is ranked No. 35 nationally and No. 7 in the Big Ten, according to  247 Sports. Of the Badgers’ 19 commits, 17 are 3-stars prospects. Wisconsin has one 4-star commit: LB Jack Sanborn, from Lake Zurich, Ill.
