What Larry Fedora said after North Carolina’s victory over Pitt

North Carolina was involved in what was easily its most exciting game of the season, taking the lead for good on a short Anthony Ratliff-Williams touchdown catch with 6:18 left in regulation to give the Tar Heels a 34-31 win over Pitt at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh.

It was a big day for Ratliff-Williams as he was responsible for three of North Carolina’s touchdowns on Thursday night. First, he returned the game’s opening kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown. Then, in the 2nd quarter, the quarterback-turned-wide receiver found Josh Cabrera for a 35-yard touchdown pass to make it a 21-17 game. Finally, his 3-yard catch in the 4th was the deciding factor as North Carolina held on for just their 2nd win of the season.

Here is what Larry Fedora said after the Tar Heels’ six-game losing streak came to an end on Thursday night.
