WATCH: Odell Beckham Jr. falls hard in exhibition game, sustains ankle sprain

There was a tough health development for former LSU wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. on Monday night.

In an exhibition game against the Cleveland Browns, the New York Giants star was hit on the left leg in the second quarter and fell to the turf. But after walking off the field, Beckham fell to his knees in the tunnel in obvious pain.

However, it appears Beckham avoided significant injury. Shortly after the incident, the Giants relayed word that Beckham sustained an ankle sprain but did not have a concussion after being evaluated. That’s good news for Beckham and the Giants.

Beckham had three catches for 37 yards against the Browns.
