WATCH: Iowa State WR Allen Lazard makes TD catch of the year against Oklahoma State

Iowa State receiver Allen Lazard continued his incredible senior season with yet another remarkable touchdown catch against Oklahoma State on Saturday.

Lazard hauled in a 22-yard touchdown pass from Joel Lanning in the fourth quarter to give the Cyclones a 35-31 lead with 14:13 remaining in the game. Despite facing tight coverage, he managed to tip the ball away from the defender with one hand and into his other, cradling it and getting both feet in bounds.

It was a crazy play to witness.

It was Lazard’s eighth catch and his second touchdown of the game. It was also reminiscent of his game-clinching touchdown grab against Oklahoma earlier this season. Oklahoma State responded with a field goal on the following drive to make it 35-34 with 9:43 remaining.

Fans and media from all over the country were amazed by the score. Plenty of people were saying it could the catch of the year.
