Dan Mullen is back in Gainesville.
The new Florida head coach arrived on campus on Monday morning, and he wasted no time pledging his allegiance to the Gators. As Mullen stepped off the jet, he immediately gave several “Gator Chomp” hand motions to officially announce his arrival.

That’s not the only way that Mullen showed how excited he is to be back at Florida. The new Gators coach was also wearing his 2008 national championship ring, which he won while serving as Florida’s offensive coordinator.

Mullen was hired to become Florida’s new head coach on Sunday. He was the head coach at Mississippi State from 2009-17, after serving as the Gators’ offensive coordinator from 2005-08.
