The TCU Horned Frogs defense played a great game against Texas on Saturday, and Pro Football Focus took notice.
Three TCU defensive players made PFF’s Week 10 Team of the Week. The Horned Frogs shut down Texas, allowing only 7 points and 9 — count ’em, 9 — rushing yards.

Travin Howard, Ranthony Texada, and Nick Orr all made appearances on the all-defense team. Orr’s 94.3 rating was the second-highest on the list.
Howard had 10 total tackles. Texada had 3 tackles and defended 2 passes, while Orr had three tackles and defended 4 passes.
The Horned Frogs’ entire defense could’ve made the list — Ty Summers and Ridwan Issahaku each had 6 tackles, for example. But TCU will surely settle for the win and three spots on PFF’s list.
