Jacques-Louis becomes commitment No. 22 in the class for the Vols. He is the third wide receiver commitment of the class joining Alontae Taylor and Jatavious Harris. The Vols wanted to take one more wide receiver, and Jacques-Louis likely closes things down on offense.
Jacques-Louis rates as a 3-star prospect and the No. 116 wideout this cycle, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
Jacques-Louis had leaned towards the Vols for some time now and changed his Twitter profile picture to an avatar of him in a Tennessee jersey on Aug. 15.
Tennessee’s Class of 2018 ranks as the No. 6 class in the country and the best in the SEC.
With 22 commitments, already the Vols will likely tighten up on who to take in the remainder of the cycle.
