Florida State now has an opening after Jimbo Fisher left to take the Texas A&M job. And one former star Seminole wants to see Alabama’s defensive coordinator take the job.
Jalen Ramsey, was is having a monster season for the Jacksonville Jaguars, tweeted that Florida State should look into hiring Jeremy Pruitt, who was the school’s defensive coordinator during Florida State’s championship season.
FSU need to look at hiring Coach Pruitt back.

After the 2013 season, Pruitt ended up leaving to take the defensive coordinator job at Georgia and he is now the defensive coordinator at Alabama. Pruitt had been linked to the Mississippi State job, but that had been filled by Joe Moorhead.
Fisher was also worked under Nick Saban, like Pruitt does, now before being named coach in waiting at Florida State. Other names that have been mentioned for the Florida State job are Oregon’s Willie Taggart and USF’s Charlie Strong.
