SEC Nation adds another layer to Florida-Michigan season opener

As if the Florida Gators needed any more hype surrounding their season opener against Michigan, the SEC announced on Thursday that its traveling game day show, SEC Nation, will be in Arlington, Texas, for the matchup on Sept. 2.

In addition, former LSU coach Les Miles and former Gators coach Steve Spurrier will serve as guests during the telecast.

“Like all SEC fans, we’ve been counting the days until the return of football, and we have a show worthy of bridging the final few hours until kickoff,” ESPN coordinating producer Tom McCollum said in the network’s release. “We’re thrilled to be at one of the very best opening weekend games and excited to see Laura [Rutledge], Les, Lauren [Sisler] and our all-star set of analysts in action.”
