Tennessee likely will be without wide receiver Josh Smith tonight as the Volunteers open the season against Georgia Tech in Atlanta in the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Per Rocky Top Insiders, Smith was seen on the sidelines in street clothes prior to the game. He was already questionable for action after suffering a collarbone injury two weeks ago in practice.
Smith, a senior, caught 13 passes for 97 yards and a touchdown last season.
