Former Oklahoma star Blake Griffin is reportedly out with a sprained MCL, according to TNT’s David Aldridge.
Sprained MCL for Blake Griffin, per source. Will be out a while, but Clips are relieved it wasn't worse.

Griffin injured his left knee during the fourth quarter of a game between the Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers on Monday.
The former Sooner was going for a loose ball along with Clippers teammate Austin Rivers and Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball. Rivers appears to have come down hard on Griffin’s leg during the play.

A definitive timetable for the 28-year-old Oklahoma City native’s return is unknown, according to Aldridge. Although, it’s a bad break for a franchise that lost its star point guard Chris Paul over the offseason and now is without its team’s centerpiece.
Griffin was the team’s first overall pick in 2009 and is a 5-time NBA All-Star selection.
