The Tennessee head coaching situation is an ongoing mess, and apparently, Duke head coach David Cutcliffe wants no part of it.
Cutcliffe, whose Blue Devils are bowl eligible for the fifth time in six years, was contacted by Tennessee, according to Chris Low of ESPN. But he showed no interest.
Tennessee has reached out to David Cutcliffe about the Vols' head coaching job, but Cutcliffe informed UT officials that he wasn't interested and plans to finish his coaching career at Duke. The Blue Devils are bowl eligible for the 5th time in the last 6 years.

That has to be music to your ears if you’re a Duke fan. Cutcliffe has coached at Duke since 2008 – he’s 58-67 with the Blue Devils. But, as mentioned earlier, he’s had better success in the second half of his tenure.
The crazy Tennessee search continues.
