Mississippi State fans got some bad news on the recruiting front Wednesday morning with the de-commitment of safety Tyrese Ross.
Ross was recruited to Starkville by Dan Mullen and defensive coordinator Todd Grantham. With Mullen (and possibly Grantham) headed to Gainesville, Ross Tweeted he doesn’t want to stay committed to a new staff he doesn’t know.

Ross is a 2018 3-star safety from Westlake High School in Atlanta.
He has offers from Cincinnati, Michigan State, Pittsburgh and several other quality programs. However, Mississippi State is his only SEC offer right now.
Ross has been committed to the Bulldogs since July 7, 2017.
