The Spartans are in Columbus the day before the de facto Big Ten East title game against Ohio State, and they’re getting familiar with their surroundings.
Michigan State walked the field Friday afternoon as players locked arms and walked in step from end zone to end zone at Ohio State’s Horsehoe.

Walking the field has become a tradition for the No. 12 Spartans, who are looking for a huge win on the road this weekend.
Michigan State might not have a ton of believers outside of East Lansing, however. The Spartans are listed as 17-point underdogs at Ohio State, though the lopsided spread was something that Mark Dantonio smirked about earlier in the week.
The winner of Saturday’s game will move to 6-1 in the Big Ten and control their own destiny to win arguably the toughest division in college football. Michigan State fans are hoping it goes similarly to the team’s last visit to Columbus in 2015.
